Private Commission

Commission to create a large artwork inspired by Chicago and especially The 1909 Plan of Chicago, architecture, and urban design. This artwork is 20"x30" called "The Plan of Chicago in 2023" and is inspired by one of the famous perspectives of Chicago in the 1909 plan, designed by Daniel Burnham and illustrated by Jules Guérin. The artwork shows the streets, diagonals, and park systems from the 1909 plan that are still visible in Chicago today.
